Repairs can either be done remotely or at our shop based on the specific issue with your computer. Upgrades to software, evaluation of memory issues, or other issues can be performed remotely. However, full system restores, hardware cleanup and changing of cables needs to be performed on-site. If your repair requires replacement parts or upgrades, we can get them for you for a lower cost than you can purchase them on the retail market.
